Claim Process Administrator

JOB SUMMARY
This position will be based at the Bangalore office.
The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating and managing claims for the Houston plant & support the internal Claims/ Warranty Log tool process.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Houston Claims
- Project manage all customer claims for the Houston facility from claim receipt through to customer resolution and implementation of countermeasures to prevent claim recurrence.
- Collaborate with Site/Product team members to execute customer resolution and root cause countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure timely response for all customer claims. (First action & Disposition)
- Communicate with customers as appropriate.
Claims Log Tool
- Support, drive and be accountable for Global Claims Process.
- Promote employee adoption of tool through training and interactions with key stakeholders
- Ensure incoming claims are assigned to responsible Claims Coordinator within 24 hours
- Monitor critical claims information for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor development enhancement requests, assist with prioritization and execution
- Coordinate Claims Dashboard/Report development, interact with stakeholders and IT support groups
- Provide training as necessary to stakeholders/employee on Claims Log tool and Claims Dashboard
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to use SAP EP1 environment.
- Seeks ways to improve processes and efficiency
- Has good attention to detail and understands problem solving methods
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical and skills required Experience with user end interface of Power BI, PowerApps &.Net preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- B.Com/BBA/ any degree in regular course from a recognized institute and university in India.
- Should have worked in global environment in EPC/Manufacturing companies/clients in claim administrator/Claim PMP role
- Capability to understand company products especially API Pumps
