Acquisition Manager

This opportunity is for a fast growing MNC bank, for the position of Preferred Banker, Acquisition Manager, Affluent Relationship Manager.
To deliver acquisition of "qualified" New to Bank (NTB) Treasures clients through "need-basedapproach" and revenue performance by leverage product penetration opportunities through cross-sell of DBS products and services.
To manage & maintain the highest customer satisfaction and service levels through pro-active client
engagement & relationship management, coordinating internally with Service and Distribution
and Product team
Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve

- Conduct Events and activities to enable lead generation to assist NTB acquisition
- Implement "needs-based strategy" to attract New to Bank (NTB) Treasures clients in the
- Drive incremental NNM leveraging CA/SA/TD Growth and revenue by cross selling Insurance,
- Ensure activation of e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings
- Drive Cross Sell and PPC
- Drive and deliver exemplary customer service and uphold service standards.
- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to sales process,
- Embrace digital banking solutions and technological advancements to deliver highly efficient,
- Ensure strict adherence to product and sales policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear

- NTB Acquisition – Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) acquisition of CASA accounts with funded
- CASA Avg. Bal/TD Net Growth – Generate net growth in average balance for current
- Revenue: Generate new sales revenue from Insurance, Foreign Exchange (FX), and
- Strategic Focus (Referral): generate referrals for strategic products such as Mortgages, Credit
- Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and address operational risks if any
- To exercise appropriate due diligence while on-boarding and engaging with clients.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in acquisition of NTB customers in Premium Banking/ Wealth
- Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
- In-depth knowledge of local market and competition
- AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added
