Job Overview:


The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to the investment community.

Reporting directly to the CFO or another senior executive, this role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investor relations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and long-term vision.


  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sellside analysts, and other key stakeholders to enhance shareholder value and support the company's growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, conference calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Lead the preparation and distribution of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for quarterly earnings releases, investor meetings, and conferences.
  • Conduct financial analysis and competitive benchmarking to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, shareholder activity, and regulatory developments to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of investor events, including annual meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications, to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and disclosures.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on investor sentiment, shareholder activism, and other relevant topics.
  • Stay informed about the company's performance, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors that may impact investor perceptions and decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, including investor relations consultants, proxy advisory firms, and investor relations software vendors.
  • Lead and mentor a team of investor relations professionals, fostering their professional development and MBA from a toptier business school with Btech Background.
  • 9+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with investors and analysts.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and SEC regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of investor relations best practices, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends.
