ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Overall 12+ years of relevant experience in data modelling, data migration, data warehousing, data integration and data lake projects
Technical:
  • Expertise in Modelling of data – understanding source data, creating data models for landing, integration, and warehouse layers is crucial before defining data engineering
  • Architect, Data track Development
  • Expert knowledge of ODS/Data Lake/Analytical stores design fundamentals, Database modeling, Data Integration ETL, etc.
  • Working experience in at least 2 RDBMS/Cloud DW/DW Appliances among Teradata/Netezza/SQL Server/Oracle
  • Proficiency with SQL/Python/Linux Shell Scripting
  • Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services
  • Techniques such as Data Modelling, Data migration, Database Design, Performance Tuning, and Regression Testing
  • Creation and maintenance of data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, functional, and system analysis

Project Management:
Experience in implementing big data warehousing projects, managing a team of individuals, monitoring project progress, creating detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables, proactive communication with all involved personnel
Role & Responsibilities:Technology Leadership – Design, implement, deliver complex Data Warehousing/Data Lake, and Data Integration project assignmentsData warehouse technical design and developmentDefinition and governance of best practices, standards, and development methodologiesParticipate and lead discussions with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into data warehouse design and implementationCreate provisioning layer for BI tools like Power BI, performance tuning, data dictionary comparison between various data warehousesAnalytical thinking, systematic and logical approach to analyzing data, problems, and situations, clear and accurate conveyance of ideas and information
Education:
BE/B.Tech/Master of Computer Application
Nice to Have: Domain knowledge of Life Science/Pharma Industry and associated data ecosystem
