Roles and Responsibilities:

Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ -Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers

Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source requirements.

Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.

Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interviews schedules.

Negotiating rates with the Vendors / Consultants.

Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.

Taking care of the Consultants whether they are comfortable with the work environment.


Talking to the Vendors regarding the performance of the consultant and the quires that the consultant brings to my notice.

Good Track record of working with Tier1 Vendors/ Clients

Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors.

Very Strong English Communication Skills.

Any graduate can apply.

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and organize work.

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

Knowledge on completing paperwork for new hires.

Providing recruitment submission reports to team Manager or HR.

Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
