  • Shall be first point of contacts (SPOC) for all the respective partners.

  • Resolving day to day issues like TXN issues, discrepancies in commissions, TDS gap, Ledgers, Statement of accounts involving respective stakeholders
  • Providing the support by managing operational and production issues simultaneously.
