Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible to create and foster new banking partnerships that aligns with organizational objective. Build and nurture existing partnerships by innovating on existing and building new solutions along with banks.We need a person who is motivated to create an impact for NRI TG which is highly underserved. As category creators in this space, you will be at the forefront that guides 30MN+ NRIs staying globally.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify innovative areas to partner with banks on NRI banking frontOwn end-to-end relationship with partner banks and build trust & credibility with senior stakeholdersAchieve and keep track of monthly/ quarterly targets in conjunction with partner banksLead with insights and analytics to create and execute plans and define outputs/ metrics for each partnershipNegotiate and close all the commercials with partner banks
Requirements2+ years of banking partnerships experience and dealt with key decision makers at banksShould be analytical and hands-on with data to drive insightsShould be comfortable dealing with CXO level stakeholders at banksSelf-motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
