About this role:


Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative will be responsible to Analyzing Reports, Loan Level Maintenance and Research for Commercial Lending Loans.


The Analyst will conduct the appropriate steps to validate the requestors through Signor Authorizations to provide system of record, research, assistance to commercial lending bankers and customers relating to loan status and record the necessary changes on system of record.

This includes payments, rates, addresses, etc. Reports to include Small business administration.


The Analyst will also be responsible to Run and process select daily, weekly and monthly exception reporting generated by System on a periodic basis and with stringent timelines.

This includes research on Waivers, Reconciliations, Statement analysis, Communication with RMs, Cash movements, etc.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Loan Servicing functional area or processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutions
  • Review, research, analyze, calculate, and submit mortgage claims that are moderately complex in nature
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
  • Review, research, process, and respond to written and phone inquiries of moderate to high complexity from customers, title companies, vendors, and internal personnel pertaining to loans and various areas within Loan Servicing
  • Receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors
  • Escalate nonroutine questions to experienced individuals
  • Use relevant information and independent judgment to review and file claims while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, client, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Interact and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, midlevel management, staff, and cross business units, as well as internal or external customers
  • Provide guidance to less experienced peers

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Payoff specific experience with Bilateral Loans, CRE / CMS

  • Legal Interpretation
  • Payoff Yield Calculation
  • Loan IQ (LIQ) experience will be value add
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Finance and Accounting:
  • 2 to 3 Years of relevant working experience with Commercial or Business Banking Payoff.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills & ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
  • Strong Organizations skills detail oriented
  • Sound risk management mindset and good understanding of compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Basic/Advance Level MS Excel expertise
  • Excellent English comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship

  • Payoff specific experience with Bilateral Loans, CRE / CMS
