Job Title: Team Lead - HR AdminPurpose of the job:

As the Team Lead - HR Admin, you will oversee a team responsible for handling incoming calls and cases, striving for prompt resolutions to foster a 'right first time' culture. Your team's interactions with customers are pivotal in meeting Service Level agreements, and effective escalation management will be vital for service delivery. Beyond administering HR services, you will also manage exceptional customer requests and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.

Main Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Ensure systematic and efficient HR Administration services, including Onboarding, Progression, Transfers, and Exit management.
  • Monitor team deliverables to meet agreed TAT/SLA, suggesting innovative interventions for enhanced efficiency.
  • Digitalize HR processes for simplified workflows and increased Employee Satisfaction.
  • Strengthen HR processes to eliminate gaps, document procedures, and provide training to all HR colleagues.
  • Represent HRGS Admin team in audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Management and development of direct reports:

  • Set objectives, manage performance, and uphold company standards for all team members.
  • Ensure the team possesses necessary skills to meet SLAs and provide excellent Customer Service.
  • Promote personal and professional development within the team, fostering engagement and motivation.

Employee Data Management:

  • Collaborate with CoEs and HRBPs to uphold Data quality standards.
  • Ensure India employee data aligns with global guidelines and extend Data Governance support.
  • Monitor Data Quality Accuracy and collaborate with HRBPs for improvements.
  • Monitor HRGS Admin Dashboard and KPIs for TAT.

  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions effectively.
  • Experience in delivering services in a complex business environment.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Decision-making ability and sense of urgency.

Qualification & Experience:

  • University Degree with HR qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated achievements in HR Operations.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a related function.
  • Excellent Excel and HRIS skills.
  • Experience with largescale HRGS systems.
