Scope of Responsibility

Summary:

  • Responsible for Purchase order raising in SAP and Ariba. Ensure compliance on POs and issue PO on time. Samples and Production coordination with CMs.
  • Ensure communication to all stakeholders and provide kep updates.
  • Master data management.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Issue POs to CMs : Monthly
  • Issue POs for export clearance to DHL. Weekly
  • Raise shopping carts of EMOs and other purchases (like BG, BSC)
  • Weekly
  • Coordinate with CMs on production compliance
  • Daily
  • Review daily production and despatch report
  • CM
  • Daily
  • Issue production plans to CMs (contract manufacturers) : monthly (as backup)
  • Participate in CT Meeting (PCP)
  • Weekly
  • Samples coordination for new products with plants.
  • Pack coordination for "Amazing" image updation.
  • Lane testing for new requirements
  • As and when.
  • Raise SKU code in MDGM.
  • Key projects from time to time.
  • Transactional work.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder.
  • 5 years of work experience.
  • Good computer proficiency. Good knowledge of google tools, MS excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, Ariba (optional and preferred)
  • Above average scores on qualitative and quantitative tests.
