About the Role:

This position focuses on executing tasks and activities that support and manage global governance, risk, and control processes, along with some administrative tasks. The team member will collaborate with the existing COE team and the COE team lead to oversee specific operational processes and provide crucial day-to-day assistance to team members and Consulting in India, NA, EMEA, and Japan.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and support global quality processes, including data collection and review, entering data into Survey tools, result review, non-compliance follow-up, and feedback sharing with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide effective support for expense management policies and activities, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Handle invoice processing for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support revenue generation initiatives by ensuring timesheet and forecast compliances.
  • Manage multiple regional inboxes and assist regional teams.
  • Design, develop, and test enhancements for existing or new reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in the operations organization to define and execute reporting needs, including gathering and documenting report requirements.
  • Continuously support the introduction and implementation of new tools or initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries regarding systems, tools, and processes that you oversee. Research and develop process improvements as part of continuous enhancement.
  • Attend and engage in team calls, events, or meetings by providing necessary data, taking notes, and following up on actions.
  • Coordinate and support internal processes, including approvals collection, data review and sanitization, tracker creation and updating, and assistance with organizing internal events.
  • Support data entry and maintenance in Gartner internal systems to ensure the highest data accuracy.

What You'll Need:

  • Essential Bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce stream.
  • A desirable 3 or 4-year university degree program.
  • Over 3 years of total experience in operations role.
  • Experience in developing reports using Excel or other relevant reporting tools.
  • Results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects, focus on work quality, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team setting.
