Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)Interact with Mumbai team members and also the run requestors (Customers) to prioritise runs effectively without breaching any timelines and also to understand the purpose of the run when requiredMaintain an 'audit trail' and version control to demonstrate the adequacy of the spreadsheet controls for future enhancements to the productPerform Model Testing (Operational Acceptance Testing) as per release scope and business requirementDraft and maintain up-to-date, appropriate documentation and checklists for any processes that are implemented.

Process-oriented individual who emphasizes following proper controls and procedures.
Assists in the implementation and maintenance of process and testing tools.
Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of process and testing tools.
Provides support for small-scale tasks.
Collaborates with team members to facilitate progress on development projects.
Adheres to guidance provided by senior staff.

Support projects as per requirement and BAU queries from other areas of businessWork in a structured and logical way with a lot of focus high degree of accuracyAbility to identify and understand business issues, and understand the impact on the business of proposed solutionsSeek and act on opportunities to develop technical and business understandingCompliance – Ensure understanding and adherence to M&G India's Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies.
