Als Senior Scrum Master, je zal:
- Optreden als Scrum Master voor de 3 multidisciplinaire ontwikkelingsteams binnen het Business Information Center (BIC).

- Het team verder professionaliseren in Agile Scrum methodiek op basis van het SAFe raamwerk.
- Kaders en richtlijnen bewaken om naleving van de Agile principes te waarborgen.
- Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding.
- Een Scrum Master certificering.
- Minimaal vijf (5) jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Scrum Master in een Business Intelligence (datawarehouse) omgeving.
- Minimaal vijf (5) jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Scrum Master volgens het Agile en/of SAFe raamwerk.
- De Agile Scrum methodiek effectief te implementeren.
- Werken met Proof of Concepts (POC's).
- Werken volgens het kwadrantenmodel van Damhof.
- Kaders en richtlijnen opstellen.
- Jira (of vergelijkbare tools) gebruiken voor projectbeheer en tracking.
- Een kans om de adoptie van Agile praktijken binnen een vooruitstrevende omgeving te leiden en te beïnvloeden.
- Een rol waarin u de richting van projecten kunt beïnvloeden en de transformatie van teams naar hoge efficiëntie en effectiviteit kunt sturen.
