The Manager, Business Data plays a crucial role as a technical expert in data management for Global Business Services (GBS). The main responsibilities include ensuring data integrity through data cleansing and aggregation, analyzing data trends, and establishing comprehensive reporting mechanisms. Additionally, fostering strong partnerships across different business units to drive informed decision-making is a key aspect of the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aggregates, ingests, and cleanses data to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyzes data to understand opportunities/risks and trends.
  • Establishes a multi-channel reporting framework for key business stakeholders.
  • Acts as the senior technical expert, providing business recommendations and contributions to decision-making with senior leaders in GBS and other key business stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with FP&A to ensure data continuity and reporting alignment across GBS and Finance.
  • Designs and implements data management strategies for GBS.
  • Establishes and maintains centralized mechanisms for data capture.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 8 years of progressive experience in data management.
  • Experience in developing data management strategies and establishing mechanisms for data capture, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Occasional international and domestic travel may be required.
