Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and digital marketing, with specific expertise in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation and experience in crafting compelling business proposals on platforms like Upwork.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with prospects on LinkedIn, including content sharing, messaging, and networking.
  • Generate qualified leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building on LinkedIn.
  • Create and optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to enhance visibility and credibility in the industry.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, trends, and algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Write persuasive business proposals tailored to clients' needs and objectives on platforms like Upwork.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and information necessary for crafting effective proposals.
  • Manage communication with clients on Upwork, including negotiating terms, clarifying requirements, and addressing inquiries.
  • Track and analyse the performance of LinkedIn outreach campaigns and Upwork proposals, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Business Development or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and content sharing.
  • Experience in writing and presenting business proposals, preferably on freelancing platforms like Upwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving targets
