Job Summary:
- The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers
- The primary objective is to introduce the company's products or services, qualify
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers or clients and create a target list.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers or clients and introduce the
- Use persuasive language and objectionhandling skills to generate interest in the company's
- Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and decisionmaking process
- Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls made, including call logs, call duration,
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales Stay uptodate on the
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve communication and sales skills
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- 12 years of experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced and dynamic work
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain composure under pressure
Salary:
Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
