& Responsibility:

- Establish recruiting criteria by analyzing organizational objectives and plans and consulting with stakeholders.

- Source potential candidates through various channels such as community services, universities, recruitment agencies, and online platforms; communicate organization details, opportunities, and perks effectively; deliver presentations; maintain relationships.

- Define candidate prerequisites by reviewing job descriptions and qualifications.
- Attract talent by posting job ads; engaging with recruiters; utilizing online forums and job portals.

- Manage large-scale recruitment for kitchen staff, understanding kitchen requirements through site visits, and updating Zonal Managers with hiring progress via weekly reports.

- Willingness to travel for field recruitment, negotiate offers with candidates, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Proficient in statutory regulations and labor laws.
- Update employee databases with accurate information and documents; compile joining kits.
- Contribute to company events and initiatives.
- Assess candidates' competencies pre and post joining.
- Oversee compliance matters, handle grievances, and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Address kitchen staff turnover rates effectively.

Skills Required:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to visit outlets/kitchens.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for report generation.
- Positive and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with local languages.
