RF Optimization Solution Architect performs RF network performance optimization to optimize customer Network for optimum utilization of network resources and best customer experience.

RF Optimization Solution Architect role is applicable for optimization of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving endtoend technical solution.
  • Active participation in customer network optimization related discussions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis and Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions & Collaborate with customer to understand and resolve the issues
  • Identify addon sales opportunities, collect and document customer requirements
  • To function as a team leader for a group of RF Optimization engineers and make technical presentations.
  • To formulate Radio Optimization solutions meeting customer requirements.
  • To ensure all the optimization tools are maintained and updated as per latest SW version
  • To drive Single Cell Verification Test of the newly coordinated sites as per project schedule
  • To drive cluster optimization as per Ericsson recommendations
  • Radio Network Optimization Report finalization and presentation to the customer

To be successful in role must have:

  • Experience of 2G/3G/4G Radio Network Optimization. 5G radio optimization experience will be a plus. Also Ericsson RAN Portfolio Knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking, Creating & Innovating
  • Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations, Planning, organization and performing skills.
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT mandatory
  • At least 14+ years on proven experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle circle CTO customer meetings and discussions.
