Goal Sheet:

  • Development & adoption of Goal Sheet across relevant verticals.
MIS on Daily basis Scheduled to the Zonal heads and Respective Reporting Authority
Making sure RMs update the visit and mark their attendance through Goal sheet only, which helps the Reporting Authority to get the update of their team members activity through the Goal sheet MIS

PDA

  • Maintaining reports on PDA of IMD & Customer Float, of the Banca Pvt Channel.

Following up with the Vertical Heads, Leaders and RMs to clear the Balance by issuing the policies or refund the balances where every required.

Following up with IT team to ensure mínimal errors in PDA report by sharing the correct Data Analysis.
Publishing the PDA MIS every 15 days to all the Vertical heads and NSMs.

Monthly Meeting with each Vertical head and NSMs to discuss and create the road map for reduction of balance by way of Policy issuance & Auto refund for the cases where the balances are above 180 Days.

Sharing the PDA analysis report with the Channel Head and other relevant stakeholders at frequent intervals.

Renewals:

  • Interaction with Renewal team and Vertical heads to help in cross sell and up sell by getting the Renewal Notice developed accordingly.

Working closely with Renewal team for SMS and e mail Campaign for Individual Banks as per the consent from respective banks.

Monthly Meeting with NSM and Renewal team to take ahead the points where the renewal ratio can be improved.

Sharing Monthly Performance Analysis IMD wise to the respective NSMs.

Ezee Tab, Maximus & MIS calls:

  • Automation of MIS, manage activities for Maximus & Ezee Tab for Banca Pvt Channel.

To reduce the dependency on operations team for policy issuance by getting all the Master Policy live on Ezee Tab & where the RM can issue the policy on the spot.

Getting MIS Automated. Scheduling them for Vertical head /NSMs and external clients

Co-ordinating with Underwriting team, operation team and IT team for development of new Product or changes in the existing Product in Ezee Tab.

Execute all levels of testing of the digital platform and design modifications based on the test results.

Audit Observation

  • Monitor & clear all Audit Observation.
Making sure all the Audit observation are discussed with stakeholders and closed within TAT

Designing the Process and SOP - offline and digital processes post Audit observations (depending on the requirement) and implementing the same within stipulated timelines in consultation with the seniors and business team.

Refund:

Approving all the refunds within TAT.

Marketing & Engagement:

  • Aligning with Branding team for creating internal and external visibility.
Design collaterals to support Campaigns and create more Product awareness.
Design & Deliver Marketing campaigns for Channel Partners apart from regular collaterals.
