We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in testing against business use cases of B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, both spoken & written and have a keen eye for detail. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our business applications meet high-quality standards and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Analysis:

Conduct thorough use case testing of business applications and SaaS products to ensure functionality, performance and reliability. Identify, document and track software defects and inconsistencies. Work closely with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.

  • Business Requirements:

Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Communication:

Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations and documentation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex technical concepts. Demonstrate excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

  • Collaboration and Support:

Collaborate with project managers, developers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects. Provide support and training to end-users as necessary. Assist in the creation and maintenance of user guides, manuals and other documentation.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business analysis and application testing. Suggest and implement improvements to processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, MBA and B-com related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on testing business applications and SAS products .
  • Strong proficiency in SAS software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding English communication skills , both spoken and written .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or relevant SAS certifications.
