The company plans to continue leveraging technology and top tier talent to enhance customer service and offer new product lines and services.


ARCHER's core offering is post-settlement Healthcare Lien Resolution Administration and QSF (Qualified Settlement Fund) Administration and payments processing for multi-claimant (mass tort and class action) litigation.

Other services include claims administration, single event lien resolution, probate and bankruptcy coordination, release administration, medical records review, and plaintiff fact sheet and other intake/census preparation and management.

ARCHER enables law firms to focus on their litigation while ensuring that critical pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are handled efficiently and effectively.

POSITION Sr.

Manager, Application Development is responsible for leading and managing the application development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements and customer expectations.

As a key member of the development leadership team reporting to the VP, Development, the Sr.

Manager will work closely with the US-based product management team, QA teams, and other stakeholders to establish and maintain a robust development process that supports the company's growth objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience leading and mentoring development teams, and the ability to effectively collaborate with a US-based product team.


KEY Develop and execute a comprehensive application development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, product roadmap, and industry best practices, considering the local market dynamics and cultural nuances.


  • Lead, hire, manage, and mentor a highperforming development team, DevOps engineers, database administrators and application support team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product management, QA, and other stakeholders to establish and maintain development processes, standards, and metrics that drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the adoption and optimization of modern development practices, such as Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), to accelerate delivery and improve software quality.
  • Ensure the development team is properly integrated into the agile development process, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and report on key development metrics, including velocity, code quality, and team performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage development resources, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the timely delivery of highquality products.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in software development and drive their adoption within the team as appropriate.
  • Adapt leadership and communication styles to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to the USbased product team to help shape the product roadmap and ensure that development considerations are integrated into the product planning process from the outset.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels and processes to ensure seamless collaboration with the USbased product team, despite time zone differences.
  • Serve as a key representative of the Vadodara development team within the broader organization, promoting the team's successes, capabilities, and value to the company's overall objectives.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes to ensure the development team produces highquality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team, encouraging team members to explore new technologies, share knowledge, and propose process enhancements.
  • Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies proactively, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage the development team's capacity and allocation of resources effectively, ensuring that the team is appropriately staffed and equipped to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including Security and Operations, to ensure that application development efforts align with security best practices and operational Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Expert knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring highperforming development teams in a fast paced, agile environment.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft development technologies, including C#, .Net, and SQL Server.
  • Expertise in frontend frameworks such as Angular.
  • Extensive experience in DevOps tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
  • Extensive experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Solid understanding of API development, deployment, and management.
  • Proficiency in SQL Reporting, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with a focus on driving business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience with microservices architecture and API development.

  • Familiarity with AI, ML, and data analytics technologies and their application in software development.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), AWS Certified Developer, or Microsoft Certified Azure Developer.
  • Experience in the legal services or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Experience successfully leading or working with remote or distributed teams, particularly in a global context.
