Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, financial mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science roles with a focus on model development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with SQL, Hive, or Spark.
  • Expertise in various modeling techniques and the ability to handle data science projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's or higher degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Understanding of the Indian financial services industry and statistical concepts related to lending cycles.
  • Familiarity with credit bureau data and modern data frameworks.
  • Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms.

  • Participate in projects spanning different regions to assess product scalability.
