Job Purpose:


As an IT Sales Officer, your role primarily revolves around promoting and selling IT products and services to businesses and individuals.

You will be responsible for understanding the market, identifying potential clients, and effectively communicating the value proposition of your IT offerings.

Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:

Work Schedule:

Full Time (Flexible Timings), Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)

Required Qualification:

Any undergraduate degree from recognized university.

Required Experience:

Proven experience as a Microsoft, Bitrix24, ZOHO & ERP, CRM, HRMS or similar role-minimum of 2 years.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and solutions relevant to the industry.
  • Salesdriven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure favourable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A customercentric approach to build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable IT solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the IT products or services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and longterm loyalty.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting IT products and services.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to remain competitive and informed.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while ensuring that the terms are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
  • Providing aftersales support and addressing any customer concerns or issues that may arise.
