As a Sales Executive at our OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

You will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with the sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients by identifying and reaching out to potential customers in the travel industry, including hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and tour operators.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our OTA platform, emphasizing how it can meet the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maximizing revenue potential for the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings, leveraging this knowledge to position our OTA platform as a market leader.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement or growth opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay connected with key stakeholders in the travel industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
