As part of the EMEA & APAC Talent Acquisition team and wider Global team, the Talent Acquisition Director for India is a pivotal role, you will help support and drive local TA strategy in line with our global strategy, you'll ensure we attract and engage top tier talent across our expanding team in India by enhancing out employer brand and a positive candidate experience throughout their journey with Circana. You will play an instrumental role in building efficient scalable recruitment solutions taking a multifaceted approach.

Main role responsibilities:

Help define and drive the local talent acquisition strategy. Cultivating deeply valued partnerships with the India leadership team, you'll anticipate growth demands and future capability requirements to deliver diverse, top talent on demand. Develop a highly engaged team delivering high-value services. Activate a growth mindset in the team to tap into diverse ideas and solutions. Coach, mentor, and support the team to achieve their career best. Continuously challenge how we hire and improve the end-to-end hiring process. Leverage tech and high-touch approaches for effective and efficient selection. Create and execute scalable, high-impact training and development programs to enhance our hiring teams' ability to assess talent. Partner with the local leadership team to support new methods of hiring Internships, Graduates, while supporting DEI initiatives. Build meaningful data dashboards of hiring metrics targeted to hiring stakeholders. Support and lead on EMEA/APAC and Global projects. When needed be happy to be a player-coach.

Skills and Experience Required:

Collaborative nature with a proven ability to form effective partnerships with senior leadership. An innovative mindset, staying abreast of the latest in talent acquisition trends. Strong ownership, forward-thinking, and strategic planning abilities. Exceptional communication skills, adept at both verbal and written business communication. A hands-on approach, demonstrating agility in meeting immediate company hiring needs. A seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who can bring strategic approach to managing the talent acquisition for India. Strong people manager experienced in leading high performing teams (minimum 5+ people) You will come from a Technology background (Tech consulting, FinTech, Software house, IT Services etc) Highly experienced in managing diverse and high-paced recruitment, with variation from volume roles and in-demand skills. Ability to work across cultures and time zones in cross functional teams Exceptional communicator in both written and verbal situations. Fluent business English is a must Highly regarded team player, dedicated to developing robust relationships built on trust and respect across all teams, departments and markets Strong presence with the confidence to present, influence and motivate Excellent organisational skills, comfortable in navigating ambiguity in a complex environment

Location

This position is Hybrid in Pune or Bangalore, however travel will be expected occasionally to other either offices.
