Job and Responsibilities.

Reporting to Procurement manager, the New Hire will be responsible in the creation of orders in the various tools and software, creation of goods / service receipt in tools and software, coordinate the creation and timely updating the supplier files, ensuring the management and monitoring of supplier's invoices for direct / Indirect / capex/ Opex / purchases and dealing with all the issues related to interfaces, supplier payments and order creation.
