Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India.

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with the target audience.

You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement.


QualificationsSocial Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skillsSocial Media Content Creation and Marketing skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in creating engaging social media contentKnowledge of marketing trends and strategiesAbility to analyze data and track social media metricsExcellent time management and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldManaging our Social Media Handles.

Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skillsExperience in web analytics and online marketingStrong communication skillsExperience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plusKnowledge of SEO and SEMAbility to analyze data and generate insightsExperience with email marketing and lead generation

What you'll do:
Develop and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms to captivate audiences and encourage interaction.
Curate a diverse selection of posts to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and engaging.
Write compelling copy for various social media posts that effectively communicate our brand's message and values. Utilise Canva's design tools to create visually appealing graphics tailored for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn posts.
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all social media channels.
Collaborate on multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Contribute to shaping and upholding the company's visual identity and brand coherence across various platforms.
