Job Description

The Opportunity


Join our team as a Support Executive, where you will play a vital role in identifying and solving technical issues to ensure smooth operations for customers using our Enterprise software. This position involves tasks such as laptop setup, account configuration, network setup, and assistance for South Korean Wireless Systems sold in India, sometimes needing onsite supervision.



Responsibilities


  • Resolve technical issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Log and communicate issues to users accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize and handle customer incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Document technical insights through detailed notes and manuals.
  • Manage laptop setup, account configuration, and network setup in the office environment.


Requirements

Key Requirements (Desired Skills & Experience)


Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related role.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux/Ubuntu.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, printer/scanner troubleshooting, and basic network issues.
  • Understanding of MSSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Windows Servers and web servers like IIS and Apache Tomcat.
  • Experience with enterprise-level applications and their support needs.

General Skills:

  • Good grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and various tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications, help desk tools, and ticketing software.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies.
