Role: Manager- Technology Strategy - Enterprise, 8 to 15 years Location: Gurugram Company Overview: This company is seeking a skilled Manager in Technology Strategy to join their team. Job Description:
  • Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for the area of responsibility, requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Overseeing the production and implementation of solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated infrastructure/application architecture, development, and operating models
  • Helping clients design, architect, and scale their journey to new technology-driven growth at the intersection of business and technology
  • Assisting clients in modernizing their IT landscape and processes to adapt to the latest technology trends
  • Driving enterprise business, application, and integration architecture
  • Integrating large-scale systems involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms
  • Solving key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation and charting a journey from the current state to a 'to-be' enterprise environment
  • Implementing programs/interventions to prepare the organization for the implementation of new business processes
  • Willingness to travel within India or overseas for client projects
Skills/Experience/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' consulting experience (at consultant/manager level) or technical background supplemented with Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Exposure to industry-recognized EA frameworks, e.g., TOGAF, DODAF
  • Good working knowledge of business architecture, application architecture, security architecture, microservices architecture, service-oriented architecture, API architecture, and technology architecture
  • Understanding of the technology stack from infrastructure through business logic and applications
  • Passion for technology trends such as Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Alfabet, Mega, and Troux
  • Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services industry operations and dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication of abstract concepts in verbal, written, and visual forms
  • Translation between technical and business language and concepts
  • Recognition of structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies
  • Effective collaboration in a geographically distributed environment

  • Driving C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
  • Knowledge of technology trends and their application in addressing real-world problems and opportunities

  • Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining plans for scaling implementations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Conveying technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
  • Development of high-impact thought leadership articulating a forward-thinking view of the market
