s a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with clients.

You will be responsible for leading the business development team, setting sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve company objectives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, and monitor performance against goals.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
