Who we are looking for?

We are seeking a Timesheet Processing Executive to join our ID Medical team to:

  • Handling the manage engine and forwarding timesheets for processing
  • Checking and processing Timesheets and Reports
  • Liaising with the Payroll Team to ensure all timesheets are processed correctly and to the required standards
  • Ensure that policies, procedures and reporting systems are adhered to
  • To resolve and escalate queries.
  • To build and maintain relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders

You should have:

  • English language skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Positive and tenacious personality, able to chase down and resolve queries accurately and within a timely manner.
  • Good speed of data entry
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet software
  • Freshers will also be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
