Strategic Leadership and Vision:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product personalisation strategy and roadmap that delivers the best-in-class logged in user experience for our repeat users, driving conversion and engagement for our app and web platformsLead cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, data scientists, and engineers, to analyse on site data and identify opportunities for on-site personalisation and segmentationMentor and coach junior product managers to achieve product goals and improve their product management skillsManage on platform and off platform campaign management systems in line with the personalisation strategy to offer unique user experience across platforms

Product Development and Innovation:
