Market & Customer Understanding:
Discover unmet consumer needs and prioritize opportunities for personalisation using our rapidly growing data, user research, competition analysis, and other qualitative and quantitative techniquesActionable insights on user behaviour and process improvement ensuring that personalisation efforts are user-focused and enhance the overall user experience from start to finishUnderstand business objective and conduct competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify key personalisation moments and translate them to measurable KPIs

Strategic Leadership and Vision:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product personalisation strategy and roadmap that delivers the best-in-class logged in user experience for our repeat users, driving conversion and engagement for our app and web platformsLead cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, data scientists, and engineers, to analyse on site data and identify opportunities for on-site personalisation and segmentationMentor and coach junior product managers to achieve product goals and improve their product management skillsManage on platform and off platform campaign management systems in line with the personalisation strategy to offer unique user experience across platforms

Product Development and Innovation:
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and leveraging qualitative and quantitative insight to continuously improve product adoption and developmentUtilize machine learning, AI, and other advanced technologies to create tailored user experiencesContinuously iterate and improve personalisation algorithms and features based on user behavior and feedbackConduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform product decisions and validate personalisation strategies

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Collaboration and Communication:
