Introduction to Role:

Are you ready to make a difference and motivate change in a global organization? We are seeking a LeanIX Support Analyst to work closely with the LeanIX Product Manager/Owner and both users and collaborators of the application. This role is pivotal in supporting the ongoing maintenance and roll-out of the LeanIX Enterprise Architecture Management tool (EAM). You will provide 3rd line support for the Application, while also supporting the ongoing development of the Solution and its continued roll-out.

Accountabilities:

As a LeanIX Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing mentorship and support to LeanIX users, responding to queries and requests for support. You will triage and respond to reported incidents, escalating to LeanIX product support where these cannot be resolved internally. Your role will also involve receiving, analysing and reformatting Excel data sets for import into the LeanIX solution. You will create user guides and training material for LeanIX users on the use of the application and the use cases possible with LeanIX data. Additionally, you will provide insights and analysis to the LeanIX Product Manager/Owner on application usage to support development of the roadmap.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience as a product/application support analyst for a SaaS product. Very strong Excel skills to analyse, validate and reformat Excel data into the appropriate format for uploading to LeanIX efficiently (VBA skills desirable). Effective communication and documentation skills to communicate with users and document user/training guides using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Confluence. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in working with multi-functional teams and collaborators. Experience using Microsoft Teams for communication and document management.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Experience working with LeanIX (preferred) or other EAM applications. Experience working in a global organization where collaborators and project team members are geographically dispersed. Background in Business Analysis.
