We have openings in our company ATMAN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Ours is an engineering firm established in 2008 to serve diverse industry sectors like Dairy , Food Processing , Pharmaceutical , Chemical, Beverages , Brewery etc ... We offer a variety of solutions to better serve the needs of clients. We are Turnkey Project Executor, Process Engineering & Automation Solutions and Services provider. We execute full range of engineering solutions. ATMAN provides engineering solutions that encompass various stages of plant life cycle.

ATMAN is a growing company, and we need someone to be the right-hand person to our CEO. We're searching for a chief operating officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within Construction / EPC project , preferably having worked their way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of our industry.

Qualification:BE/ BTech / MBA with excellent academic record

Duties And Responsibilities:

è Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels objectives. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning

è Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

è Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

è Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary

è Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO

è Oversee Projects , Finance , operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets

è Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability

è Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

è Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

è Overseeing company operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive

è Measuring and analyzing current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy.

è Developing actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO

è Strategically managing, organizing, and coordinating employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency

è Implementing financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company's operating capabilities to surpass the industry average.

è Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management. Building and maintaining relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry
