Ensure timely and accurate settlement of domestic, foreign and currency transactions for all product types. This includes all operational aspects of processing transactions from trade confirmation, instruction, fail management, country opening documentation, and reconciliation. Oversee Fund Order/Unit dealing processes and manage broker/counterparty, custodian and trader relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee processing and settlement of all domestic and international transactions for all products and security types. Oversee matching and confirmation of domestic, foreign and FX trades. Work closely with all the Trading teams to resolve any trade questions or corrections. Ensure appropriate resource allocation of daily work and reports. Monitor unmatched & failed trade reports and ensure timely resolution. Identify trends of failed trades to reduce risk for missing or incorrect instructions. Maintain Settlements Instruction database with broker instructions. Oversee processing and settlement of all domestic and international transactions for all products and security types. Work with staff to deal with changes resulting from new organization, systems, regulations, security types, turnover, job responsibility changes, and readiness to handle the increasing complexity of Global Operations. Guide staff in identifying career objectives and development plans. Keep team engaged and motivated. Attend team meetings, lead regular meetings as required, lead business initiatives and other administrative responsibilities for the team.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years work experience and 2-3 years of people management skills Ability to collaborate and work effectively with peers, staff and business partners. Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent problem solving and strong analytical abilities. Strong decision making abilities. Mutual Fund Industry knowledge a must. Proficient in MS Office applications.
