Role: Practice Manager, Professional Services

This role is office-based.

Job Description:

As a Practice Manager in the Professional Services team, you will support Practice Directors/Regional leaders in managing the Professional Services portfolio. You will have the responsibility of overseeing our expanding customer and partner base in designing, implementing, and supporting our range of products and services. Additionally, you will handle project/account escalations, provide pre-sales assistance when required, ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, maintain high client satisfaction levels, and mentor project team members in project governance.

In This Role You Will:

  • Assist in establishing processes and procedures for the entire service delivery cycle.
  • Support customer engagement managers based on prior project experiences.
  • Mentor consultants and project managers.
  • Manage client relationships from project initiation to completion.
  • Handle account escalations and facilitate client meetings when necessary.
  • Monitor project activities between clients and the team.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams for organizational alignment.
  • Review status reports and communicate escalations to leadership.
  • Provide pre-sales support and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Take ownership of staff development and project delivery.
  • Recruit and train staff while managing team performance.


People Management
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Oversee project schedules and budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing SaaS implementations.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management.
  • Experience in risk management and project delivery.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of project progress metrics and objectives.

Extra Dose of Awesome If You Have:
  • Understanding of HR processes and talent management.
  • Technical or Computer Science degree preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with SFDC, MS Project, or other PSA tools.
  • Presales experience.
