Job description for Technical Consultant

  • Business Central
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients / Inhouse product .
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Configure Business Central modules, including Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Purchasing, to align with client business processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to endusers on Business Central functionalities and customizations.
**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, functionalities, and integrations with other Microsoft products.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/AL, AL, and .NET for customizing Business Central extensions.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to eƯectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies are preferred.
Requirements

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
