Position: Domestic Development Executive

Location: Day One Onsite at Vadodara Alkapuri

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Domestic Development Executive to join our team in Vadodara Alkapuri. The Domestic Development Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with domestic clients. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition (Domestic):

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic market.
  • Generate leads, conduct prospecting, and build relationships with potential clients.

Sales Presentations:

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.

Market Research (Domestic):

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the domestic market.
  • Use insights to inform business development strategies.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline for domestic opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.
  • Track progress and implement strategies to move prospects through the sales cycle.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of domestic business development activities.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve targets.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Head and other team members to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Align efforts with overall business development goals.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the domestic market.
  • Implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in client relationship management and account development.
  • Knowledge of the domestic market and industry trends.
