Agile & Quality Lead

Transforming how we interact with our vehicles to make the
driving experience more enjoyable, connected and safe

The Mission of this Role:

To lead the roll out of the Organisation level Agile Transformation initiative across several scrum and SW program teams. Establish and execute tactical plans to drive the adaption of common agile practices across the global SW organisation. Identifies impediments and initiates mitigation plans to drive the transformation actions.

Scope:

Responsible for coaching and mentoring the scrum/program teams during the roll out of the agile practices/ceremonies. Drives the transformation of the teams to atomic units owning up software delivery and quality. Drives the teams to be self-sustainable in agile execution practices and drives a virtuous cycle of KPI data driven feedback based continuous improvement. Measures the maturity of the teams in the transformation exercise and executes improvement plans accordingly.

Studies the maturity levels of the different scrum teams w.r.t agile practices and prepares plan of transformation towards a unified approach.

Ensures that the plans are set clearly for day transformation.

Executes the transformation plan by working with the Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Monitors the progress of the teams against the plan

Perform ASPICE Assessments and audits

Perform Process audits on the programs for SW discipline to discover process non compliances and drive the teams to close them.

Support the ASPICE assessments against the customer expectations as Lead/Co Assessor

Reporting and documentation

Measure the effectiveness of agile transformation of the teams over a 90 period and report to relevant stakeholders with action plans.

Transformation exercise success ratio

Key Experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred) 8+ years of experience in software engineering. Project management/scrum roles experience in large multi team projects 2+ years of experience as an Agile coach 2+ years of experience as an ASPICE assessor (Provisional Assessor certification preferred) Process Definition and improvements. Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Scrum Master, SAFE and Lean certifications Automotive experience Technical and Functional Competencies Please refer to the global integrated software assessment framework Behaviours and Mind-set
