Job Description:
- SW AQE Engineer will be responsible for verifying internal and external customer needs and ensuring that the engineering team implements and tracks those requirements.
- The SW AQE will have the responsibility to challenge and support the software organization in the ASPICE establishment.
- SW AQE will be responsible for supporting internal and external software assessments and external audits as ASPICE and IATF.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the quality needs on a project.
- Responsible for quality planning throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality of the requirements and their management.
- Maintain and follow quality goals in software development.
- Ensure that quality targets are in line with project planning.
- Ensure communication/reporting to customers and other quality stakeholders.
- Propose and handle process improvements.
- Participate and handle ASPICE development within the organization.
- Responsible for the software quality deliverables.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven ability to execute engineering deliverables.
- Strong organization skills and autonomy.
- Expertise in automotive SPICE environment.
- Expertise in IATF environment and knowledge in requirement engineering.
- Knowledge in static analysis, unit test, integration test, and qualification.
- Skills in problem-solving (such as 8D).
- Excellent motivational skills.
- Ability to achieve goals and maintain high performance standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively with internal customers across different regions and time zones.
- Attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Clear strategic thinker with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
