Then come and join our global team APJ region for the four areas of Global Customer Service (CS), Technology Excellence (TE) and Quality (QT to partner with Global & Local HR to integrate the People and Culture (PC) portfolio in the organization in coordination with the global PC center of expertise (COE).Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.Your tasks and responsibilities: You are the subject matter expert on the PC portfolio for CS, TE & QT, and are well in-tune with business priorities as well as being connected to the Global COE. As the PC Lead for CS, TE & QT, to support and initiate action with the respective HR leadership team and consult on the integration of global PC portfolio aligned with the organization's objectives e.g. Annual Talent Review and Succession Management, Drive the relevant Talent development initiatives You work closely with the respective HRBPs to identify, design and implement solutions to address PC needs within CS, TE and QT by providing eye-level partnership and total solution based on client/business needs E.g. Attract Diverse Talents, Support Organizational Changes You use data to analysis, provide insights and recommendations for business and HR key stakeholders in relevant to People & Culture topics. E.g. DE&I workforce analysis, Employee Engagement You contribute to global project teams to ensure relevant and aligned solutions for the organization as well as drive ad-hoc PC related projects in the business areas You drive various roll-outs, sustainability and mindset actions for PC portfolio topics for CS, TE and QT to ensure effective execution of the strategies You integrate best practice sharing into regular update calls regionally and globally Other projects/tasks assigned in related to People and Culture To find out more about the specific business, have a look at People and Culture SharePoint
Your qualifications and experience:
You have a bachelor's degree, MBA or master in HR/Psychology will be preferred. You also have long-term experience (minimum 10 years of experience) in HR working across the People & Culture portfolio areas (e.g., DEI, People Insights, Performance & Talent Management), ideally within the Healthcare industry/related consulting. You have demonstrated success in a complex organization with designing and implementing initiatives focusing on DE&I, culture change and talent development in an inclusive way. You are also proficient with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams) Ideally already have exposure to HR IT Tools such as Workday and Peakon. In this way you have a mindset and experience in using data to help inform decision making. Experience in PowerBi is an advantage. You do not have a bachelor's degree?
