What You Will Do:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:
    Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and tax regulations. Prepare and submit all necessary financial reports and filings to regulatory authorities.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability. Implement effective cash management strategies.
  • Audit and Taxation:
    Coordinate and manage annual financial audits liaising with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
  • Financial Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting and finance operations.
  • Treasury and Banking Operations:
    Manage banking relationships including negotiations, credit facilities, and day-to-day transactions. Monitor and analyze interest rates and investment opportunities.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the finance team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.
  • ERP System Management:
    Oversee the utilization and maintenance of the company's ERP system for financial operations.
  • Advisory and Strategic Planning:
    Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.

Requirements:
  • Worked with accounts and finance department with 3 years experience in Service Industry
  • Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulations
  • Basic understanding of relevant tax accounting and audit concepts
