We are seeking a tools team architect to support our massive enterprise transformation program - the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT).

The PGT Methods and Tools Team Member will be accountable for executing against the PGT Methods and Tools strategy and supporting the the PGT end-user community and will also have the opportunity to work across many multiple technologies and skills.
The role will also be engaged in reshaping methods and tools to support ongoing enhancements and future strategies.
In addition to being part of the team delivering value to deployments and DevSecOps, you will have opportunities to work with global stakeholders (including global PMO) on a global program (PGT) while being part of a dynamic, growing team in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
Develop and provide training on the Solution Documentation processes, procedures and policies
Provide support the compliance in the usage of CDT tool
Executing Quality Assurance on deliverables in Solution Manager to ensure compliance with global standards
Assist in developing project ways of working integrating SAFe practices into Solution Documentation
Assist Global and Deployment projects in developing reports for Business Process Hierarchy and the Business Process Master List
Provide general Solution Manager documentation maintenance and support (unlocking documents, searching for Configuration and RICEF documentation)
Developing and providing PGT Methods and Tools training for the PGT Global Team and Deployment Teams
Qualifications:
Years of Experience:
Minimum 7-10+ years of overall IT experiences
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree required
SAP Certificates and/or PMP Certification are a plus
Minimum 3-5+ years of SAP Solution Manager management and expertise
Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP CharM, ITIL tools & processes, ARIS Process Modeling
Mandatory Non Technical Skills:
Requires excellent English communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation
Strong analytical skills
Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business and project requirements
Must have previous experience managing small teams and proven ability to develop teams and cultivate talent

Experience in CPG industry preferred
