Overview:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Analytics Design Architect for SAC and Reporting frontend tools will be part of the PGT Solution Design Team being setup under Enterprise Solutions function in Tech Hub at Hyderabad.
This role supports the implementation and deployment of SAC, WeBI and other frontend tools reports of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) under Global.
The objective of this role is to design and develop the objects adapted to PepsiCo Global Template solution supports for all sectors and value stream as and when needed.
The role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.
This role augments the capability within Enterprise Solutions function to deploy the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) in agile manner to multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template implementation for areas frontend reports, dashboards in PGT approved tools
- Ensure critical business needs for reporting both within SAP S4 and Legacy ecosystem are met.
- Part of decisionmaking for dashboarding/reporting localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment

- Ideate with Value stream Solution Lead / Global Process Lead and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template

- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities

- Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors

- Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the endtoend Global S/4 solution leveraging agile methodology

- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against

- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key ceremonies

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have SAP Solman, HP-ALM, SharePoint etc.
- Able to ideate through a highly complex problems within their work team
- Strong influencing, facilitating and development skills in working with stakeholders at project / program level in the organization and across departments
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines, and sequences
Qualifications:
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- Deep and broad experience with solution design, configuration, and implementation for SAP Analytics tools
- At least 12 years SAP HANA development within XSA environment.
- At least 68 years of handson experience on SAP HANA development in front ending tools like WeBi, Analysis for office, SAC etc.
- At least 5 years of experience with CDS views, Complex Calculation views, stored procedures, and Business warehouse on HANA developments
- At least 2 years of knowledge and experience of Supply chain development in S/4 HANA
MANDATORY TECHINICAL SKILLS
- Solution Design / Configuration for SAP Analytics
- Significant experience in developing reports and dashboards using FIORI, Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), WEBI etc.
- Good coding skills in either of these: SAP-ABAP, SQL, Java script
- Good to have: Knowledge and skills for SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT)
- At least 68 years of major SAP transformation project with experience in
- Functional & technical solution design & development
- Develop project deliverables formal/structured methodology
- Development, execution, and hypercare
- UAT execution lead role for a specific area
- Functional & Technical Workshop delivery
- Training material and documentation development
