Job Objective

  • Lead Security Automation O&M (Group): Join the Adani Security Automation Team to enhance security capabilities across the organization, collaborating closely with various businesses. Seeking an innovative security expert to tackle complex challenges.
  • Health Checks and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, conduct maintenance activities, and ensure minimal downtime by managing spares inventory efficiently.
  • Application Asset Management: Upgrade application assets to meet OS/AV requirements and application OEM upgrades.
Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy Planning:
  • Provide strategic inputs for automation operations aligned with the Group's vision.
  • Stay updated on security technology advancements and recommend system upgrades.
  • Participate in budget planning and skills upgrade sessions for team members.
  • Identify and address system gaps and track obsolescence for timely upgrades.
Security Systems Operations & Maintenance
Systems Maintenance:
  • Conduct health checks and make operational enhancements based on RCA findings.
  • Establish a technology service desk for issue resolution and guide stakeholders via help desk.
  • Define SLAs for system operations and maintenance based on business criticality.
Systems Operations:
- Design and implement policies for system operations and data protection compliance.
- Develop performance dashboards and conduct hardware and software reviews for future readiness.
- Collaborate with Group teams to manage automation requests and partner interactions.
- Audit partner performance, manage SLAs, and resolve employee queries effectively.

Performance Improvement:
Performance Review:
Set performance metrics and lead performance reviews with the Group Automation Head.Identify and address process gaps to enhance operational efficiency.Empower the team to drive process improvements and take ownership of action plans.People Management:
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear goal setting and feedback mechanisms.- Implement capability development and talent management programs, coach critical talent.

Talent Mapping:
- Seek a self-starter with a knack for new technologies and expertise in security automation.- Play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a high-performance security automation framework.
