In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Director – Strategy to join us.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic inputs based on an understanding of media dynamics and aid the strengthening of the integrated planning product.

This role reports to:
Sr. Director/Partner Planning Strategy, Mindshare Fulcrum

In this role, your goals will be:In three months:

Familiarize with the systems and processesLearn the planning methodology of the agency on both online and offline mediaUnderstand the different streams of analysis the team undertakesContribute to at least two projects that the team is working onIn six months:

Thorough understanding of planning principles and processes to demonstrate in day-to-day work and conversationsCollaborate with the necessary teams during the course of a workstream pro-activelyPoint-of-view on the best approach that should be taken on projectsIdeate on and deliver at least three projectsIn twelve months:

Ability to help build a narrative for the projects undertaken by the teamManage and deliver projects end-to-endWhat your day job looks like at Mindshare:

Provide strategic input in crafting the approach of a project, lead data analysis and support in building the project as a wholeCollaboration with various teams for information exchangeBe the go-to person for teams on certain projects and media planning principlesWhat you'll bring:

Expertise in TV planning or digital planningAdept at data analysis and evaluationAttention to detail and accuracy in outputGood time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a timeGood interpersonal communication and presentation skillsMinimum qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in media planningPreferred background in mathematics or statisticsProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media planning tools – BARC, IRS, DV 360, FB dashboard, etc.
