The Business Planning and Operations Lead will be responsible for developing business plans, analyzing performance data, implementing process improvements, and providing actionable insights to support the achievement of organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans in collaboration with functional heads to support strategic initiatives and drive organizational growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure that all growth strategies and initiatives prioritize delivering value to customers and enhancing their experience.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business operations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects that are of strategic importance and highest priority for the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and operational standards to enhance productivity and quality of services.
  • Assist in the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation plans

Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to take on new challengesMinimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B Software/ digitalization space, across one or more commercial functions, viz.
