Job Title:
MSP Coordinator / Client communication coordinatorLocation: Phase 8A Mohali

POSITION SUMMARY:


Under the direct supervision of the Strategic Operations Manager, the MSP Coordinator serves as the liaison between Recruiting and HR team, and new employees being on-boarded.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary job duties:
Coordinating with client to get the applicants onboarded.
Scheduling interviews as per manager's availability and by confirming the availability of candidate with the help of vendor.
Coordinating with client to get the background check initiated and updating the checklist in system.
Checking equipment form and ensuring timely onboarding of candidates into the system.
Coordinating with the managers to get the timesheet approved.
Checking and notifying vendor if any timesheet is under saved status.
Notifying managers for the contract ending date as well getting the approval if extension is needed.
Working on several reports on daily or weekly basis.
Adding workers in tracker and system.

On-boardingThe MSP Coordinator will be accountable for coordinating all new hire onboarding efforts.

This includes ensuring the completion of all necessary paperwork, coordinating background screens, answering temporary worker inquiries, and creating the employee record in company HR Management system whether done independently or with the support of other HR Operations team members.

Collect and review new hire and rehire paperwork.
Create employee files in company and client systems, striving for 100% accuracy of data input.
Ensure that all new hire and rehire paperwork is uploaded to company systems, by temporary worker's start date.
Submit online investigation requests for background checks and drug screens as required by client contract.
Ensures that all employees receive benefits information, timecard instructions, and any client specific paperwork.
Complete onboarding checklists.

Timekeeping and PayrollMSP Coordinator will be responsible for set up of online timecard system and entry of pay information.
Initial set up and resending login information, as necessary.


General AdministrationMSP Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring all internal and client administrative requirements both internally and for any clients are complete and accurate.

Maintains and updates accurate client information in HRIS system.
Actively participates in Team meetings and company-wide meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS &

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the Temporary Staffing industry or Human Resources preferred.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.

Excellent written and interpersonal skills to handle written communications with new employees.
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred. Must be conversant and familiar with online tools.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit for 2 hours without standing, sit up to 8+ hours per day.

Ability to engage fine motor skills such as typing and writing for up to 2 hours without a break, use fine motor skills for up to 8+ hours per day.

Ability to see and read computer screen, employment documents and correspondence.
