Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating a timeline of the postings and content calendar
  • Providing clients with the required content for their social media platforms and taking approvals from them.
  • Coordinating different teams i.e. content creators, graphic designers and motion graphic artists and making them understand the requirements of the client.
  • Communicating with the clients in order to bridge the gap between the team and the client's expectations
  • Monitoring social media outlets on behalf of the clients
  • Assist with training and mentoring new coordinators and interns
  • Regularly publishing the schedule and updating the progress
