Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the technical lead for all engineering activities in assignments.

Each day, you will ensure that the activities related to engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

You will also showcase your expertise by providing technical support to commissioning and start-up activities.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification in Digital System under R&D Team. Main stakeholders internal & extrernal customers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Acting as a role model in applying design thinking or design for excellence concepts in projects, including modelling, prototyping, simulation, and calculations.
  • Serving as a specialist in the application of advanced concepts and methods.
  • Leading, supervising, and coordinates teams (5-25 members) in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects of medium complexity.
  • Collaborating on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, to clarify potential issues or provide solutions to rectify the engineering errors.
Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in Power Management System,SCADA on Zenon, 800xA,PLCs (AC800M, AC500), Cyber Security implementation in the electrification market
  • You have minimum 10 years of experience in electrical control systems
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of in SCADA on Zenon
  • You are passionate about solving problems communicating with different stakeholders and managing projects at one go
  • Bachelors of Engineering into Electrical & Electronics is preferred
  • You are at ease communicating in global language while dealing with the stakeholders both internally as well as across the global
